A build order that puts a free loop before paid calls
This is a record of someone who never learned a professional 3D production tool using it for a day with nothing but an integration interface attached. It pins down the reason they had put it off not as a lack of skill but as the burden of learning a complicated interface and its features one by one, and presents a free integration module released by one vendor as what let them skip that skill requirement. More worth borrowing is the cost ordering: the design put forward is not to hit a generation model that charges per call right away, but to lock in composition and timing through free local iterations first, and only then send it into the paid stage once. It also includes a minimal comparison, setting side by side the same scene made from instructions alone and one made by referencing the scene locked in locally, and attaches its own condition that this is essential only when exact composition and perspective must be kept. However, there is not a single figure for cost or success rate, and no procedure is covered for undoing things when the tool is operated wrongly.
Key points
- Pins down the reason for putting it off as the tool's skill requirement, not ability
- Integration done in three steps: install the plugin, copy the connection address, register the connector
- A cost order that converges through free local iterations before any paid call
- No measurement of cost or success rate, and no recovery procedure for mis-operation
This is a note: my own write-up after reading several sources. It has no source link; events checked against a source are kept as records.
