Is it true?
Write one sentence about AI history. It looks for the closest of 1,295 source-checked records and checks whether the year, date and numbers in your sentence match it.
How does it check?
Find the closest records
The words in your sentence are matched against all 1,295 records, ranked by how much the names and events overlap, and the three closest are kept.
Pick out years, dates and numbers
Years (2017), dates (March 14, 2023) and numbers with units (175 billion, 40%, 128K tokens) are taken out of your sentence.
Compare them one by one
They're compared with the record's date, and only with numbers the record states for the same kind of thing. When it isn't sure, it says “not found” rather than “different”.
